How does selecting the responsibility that comes with non secular freedom affect you? Do you suspect that since you are free to claim what you want, that you are going to talk words of wisdom that uplift and support your own growth as well as the happiness of others? And now as you continue to realize that you are free to think as you please, I am wondering what it'll be like when you decide to hold thoughts of love for yourself and everyone else in the world? Needless to say, when a situation pops up where your liberty seems limited, you can take a big breath in now and look deeper. And you can recall and re-experience how nothing and no one can hold you in bondage. Now apply your mind on knowing that you are only restrained by restrained by thinking.

Remember that a consciousness of liberty delivers you from all self-imposed limitations. With each passing minute you start to become fully aware of the fact that today and each day you are unconditional and unlimited since you recognize that no condition or situation can limit the freedom of your soul. You may experience this as a new-found responsiveness to life as you take responsibility for your decisions knowing you're the tradition of freedom in full expression. Put simply permit these words of the Bible to resonate with the freedom that's within you as well.. “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” two Corinthians 3:17 And I need you to understand, just understand the Spirit is within you and can be found when you meditate on a daily basis. You automatically find yourself experiencing the liberty of the soul and that Spirit within you when you meditate on an everyday basis. Your inner mind knows exactly what it must experience that Spirit of freedom and that's why when you take up the practice of Yoga Nidra (which is a steered meditation system) on a daily basis you will find yourself more in a state of Love, Joy and Peace.

Simply put, if you are enthusiastic about supporting your own expansion both spiritually and in all techniques then you are going to want to commit to meditating on a regular basis and the practice of Yoga Nidra just might be the perfect guided meditation for you to practice.
