Energy is the vibrational current flowing inside, around and thru you and all things regardless if they are living and breathing or they're inanimate objects. Each time you experience something new or different from what you are accustomed to, your energy shifts. As your energy shifts, it is actually possible to experience what I have come to grasp as an Energy Disequilibrium. What is the variation between being out of alignment, blocked energy and experiencing an energy disparity? I'm so happy you asked this question! As you could be aware, blocked energy is energy that's now stored in your body and becomes stagnant.
There are a few reasons in which blocked or stagnant energy manifests in to physical form. After some time you can experience a sore throat or not being able to express your feelings obviously. The remedy is to begin talking your truth to oneself, acknowledging who you actually are. Being out-of-alignment is sometimes experienced in one or more of your Chakra energy centers being clogged, under excited or at times being over stimulated. As an example, when your lower physical Chakra energy centers (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus) are rather more open and your higher Religious Chakra energy centres (heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown) are less active, you are out of alignment.
The cure is to clean, balance and align your Chakra energy centres one or more times a week. If you're practicing any type of energy healing work, it is essential you bring your physical body, Aura, Ethereal energy body and your Chakra energy centres into alignment more often. Follow your inner-guidance as to when and how regularly to clean, balance and align. The greatest difference between blocked or stagnant energy, being out of alignment and experiencing an energy imbalance is for me, quite particular. In my past experience, as I continue expand Spiritually, further developing my intuitive gifts getting more in-tune with Divine Source I infrequently experience what some term Vertigo. True there are some physical symptoms which fake Vertigo like the feeling of being dizzy or slightly off balance. For anyone who knows me, you could have a laugh because to some I seem to be a little off or unusual on what I believe to be standard for me. I fess up does sound a bit there she goes again.
Nonetheless when I have stepped thru another entrance or energy portal, there are occasions when I'm feeling a bit dizzy physically. When I lay my head down the room begins spinning counter-clockwise. It is for me about being able to assimilate more than one Kingdom of existence in the same moment. My energy vibrates at very high frequency rate most of the time.
At others times it's a caution to decelerate just a little as I become accustomed to energy flow coursing through the physical shell which houses my Spirit, the light inside my Soul basis. What results in an energy disequilibrium? I can only share what happens with me. The two causes for me are channeling for an extended time period. The other is eating something. Meaning the vibration of something I have eaten isn't a match vibrationally to me. Today is one of those days when it is about assimilating and bringing in to balance all that I am. So today I move a bit more slowly and am acutely aware of grounding the energy flowing through me at constantly increasing force.
